Archiving and Accessing Locations

About archived locations:

• The location module can contain hundreds or thousands of location files.
• You can choose to archive any record in the module.
• Archiving a location removes it from the browse view and search results.

How to archive a location:

• To archive a location, select the desired location (e.g., Riverside House).
• An archived location will have a light-colored band over the file and will be marked as private.
