Adding Custom Weblinks to Locations Packages

1. Access the Packages Section 0:00

How to access the Packages section:

• Navigate to the packages section.
• View all your existing packages on the package page.
  

2. Create a New Package 0:14

• Expand the ‘Create New Package’ section.
• Familiarize yourself with the fields available for creating a new package.
  

3. Edit an Existing Package 0:27

How to edit an existing package:

• Select an existing package to edit.
• Notice the new web link fields with descriptions.
  

4. View Package Details 0:41

How to view package details:

• Check the illustration of the normal folders created for the package.
• Understand how locations will appear in the package.
  

5. Add Relevant Web Links 1:02

How to add relevant web links:

• Identify the need to include relevant links in your package.
• After creating the package, click the pencil icon to edit.
  

6. Expand Web Links Section 1:19

How to expand the Web Links section:

• Find the ‘Web Links’ heading section after clicking the pencil icon.
• Review the example of ‘North Carolina Film Incentives’ with three added links.
  

7. Add New Web Links 1:28

How to add new web links:

• Input the heading for your web links.
• For each link, add the URL and a description.

After making changes, click the check mark to save.

• Click the preview icon to see the package.
• If already sent, it will render in the recipient’s package link.
