In the report console an agent can build and edit reports. The agent can keep the reports personal or choose to publish them to his teams.
You build a report by drag-and-drop functionality and every element in the report can be filtered to show you exactly the information you need.
There is also a fullscreen mode to show the whole report on a monitor. Reports in fullscreen has their own URL which is useful (for example for automatically opening the fullscreen report on a dedicated monitor).
This is the view in the report module before you have created reports:
Click “New Report” to create a report, and the report builder will let you setup your own report:
To build a quick report you can drag elements into the report (the big, empty space). When you’ve dropped an element into the report you can filter what it shows:
Here is a finished report showing several elements including counters, diagrams and lists:
If you click “Edit” you will activate the report builder again where you can move the elements, resize them, change the filters, etc
If you want to publish the report to your teams, you can achiev this by clicking the menu “Visible for:”:
The report list on the main page will show you your personal reports and those that are visible to the individual teams you are a member of.
Here you also have the option of sorting the reports in the desired order by dragging them up and down.
