Holding Brake Roller (HBR) Usage
Holding Brake Roller with Senergy-Ai technology
The HBR is a non-motorized roller that contains a mechanical holding brake that provides failsafe zone braking functionality previously unavailable with Senergy-Ai technology. The HBR is equipped with a 4-pin A-coded M8 connector identical to all Senergy-Ai motor rollers and drives.
The control of the HBR is provided by ConveyLinx-Ai Family Modules in one of two ways:
- Plugging the HBR directly into one of the Motor Ports
- Connecting the HBR to one of the Sensor Port’s Aux Pins with an IOX Interface module
