Installing ThePhotoStick Omni App

1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone/iPad.
2. Search for “ThePhotoStick Omni”
3. Tap “Get” to install the app.

4. Once the installation is complete, open ThePhotoStick® Omni app
5. If prompted, tap “OK” to allow ThePhotoStick® Omni app to access your photos.

6. If prompted, tap “OK” to allow ThePhotoStick® Omni app to access your music files.

7. Plug in your ThePhotoStick® Omni device into your iPhone/iPad.

8. Wait for 5 seconds to give your iPhone or iPad time to discover your ThePhotoStick® Omni device. Then, tap “Settings”.

9. Select “PHOTOSTICK” (NOTE: do not select any folders under PHOTOSTICK), then tap “Done”.

10. Ensure that ThePhotoStick® Omni device is now detected and then tap “Main Menu”.

11. You will now be at the main screen:

"Alkyl" was very helpful in giving me things to try after U had tried pretty much all the trouble shhoting guides...it kept coming down to the adapter...the thing is...I needed to download the app first...then go into the app BEFORE plugging in the photo stick! Give the app permission to access your pictures, THEN PLUG IN the photo stick...wait a few seconds and the go into the main menu to see if your phone has detected the photo stick ( I actually used " browse " to go back into my phone settings to see that the photostick had been "recognized"....tapped on that and it worked fine from there!
