The Mailbox Import feature allows you to import mailboxes in PST format into MAILIX.
To do this, you must set up an FTP share under Settings/Share.
If the FTP connection can be established, all mailboxes are listed in a table by default.
You can also specify a different filter in the search field for testing purposes.
The domains available on the mail server are listed under Domains.
To import a mailbox, you must select a domain.
You can create a user before the import using the “Create User” option.
A password is assigned to this user, which is displayed after the import process.
The “Import All Mailboxes” option selects and imports all PST files matching the search field.
Individual mailboxes can also be imported using the checkbox.
Clicking “Start Import” displays a dialog showing the import status.
After the import, the details are displayed in the “Log” tab.
