To obtain a demo license please goto

Register a user and login.
Create a new VM/Device with a name and use the GUID you passed as environment variable as serial number.
Then goto License menu, select the VM/Device and create a demo license with the plus button.
Then you can download the license.
Login to Remote admin, goto menu Licensing and install the license.
