There are nine (9) display options that can be added to the Table View for Number Fields in Ninox and five (5) options for Text, Multi-Line Text and Rich Text fields.

The grouping option enables users to “bundle” records into groups based on criteria equal to the contents of a single field in the table data model while the other options result in calculated information appearing at the bottom of the columns in a Table View. This grouping function and all of the statistical, and textual footer options are displayed in the image below.

COUNT – The number of non-blank values that appear in the column

SUM – The total result of all numeric values in the column added together

AVERAGE – The Sum of the column divided by the count of non-blank values that appear in the column

MIN – The lowest numeric or earliest textual character that appears in the column (Textual values include special characters, alphabetic characters and numeric values entered into Text fields

MAX – The largest numeric or latest textual character that appears in the column (Textual values include special characters, alphabetic characters and numeric values entered into Text fields

FIRST – The value that appears in the column for the first record displayed in the view (This may or may not be the first record in the table depending on filter and sort options)

LAST – The value that appears in the column for the last record displayed in the view (This may or may not be the last record in the table depending on filter and sort options)

CONCATENATE – A comma delimited list of all non-blank (null) values (including duplicates) that appear in the column
