The asin() is the inverse trigonometric function of the sin() function with the returned value expressed in units equal to the radians of an angle
- asin(‘Number Field’)
- asin is the function keyword. This must be entered into the Ninox function editor in all lower-case characters
- numeric value is a specified numeric value
- ‘Number Field’ is the reference name of a Number Field in a table, the contents of which are to serve as the basis for the asin calculation.
- asin (-1) = -1.570796326798
- asin(0) = 0
- asin(1) = 1.570796326798
