The Career and Technical Education Department offers a wide variety of courses to meet the needs of our students. In these courses, students have the opportunity to participate in authentic learning experiences to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for college and career success. With the exception of the required Consumer Economics class, all courses fulfill the CTE (Career and Technical Education) graduation requirement. Students are encouraged to plan ahead and make purposeful elective choices while considering future college and career goals and interests. Some upper level courses have prerequisites, are scheduled in a block, or are offered only in one semester. Review these details carefully when creating a high school course plan.
