Bug Fixes

Base Package

Fixed bug that neglected to crop the reference image when using Apply Last Crop.
Fixed bugs when resizing an image with GPU computation on.
Fixed bug that resulted in inaccurate distance map generation when processing on the GPU.
Fixed bug that would prevent intensity measurements from processing when a 32-bit image generated by a distance map is set as companion.
Fixed bug that would remove a selected measurement in the Image Processor Measurement panel if a Custom Image Measurement window was accepted with an empty Added to Recipe list.
Removed the ‘Current Image’ selection option for Custom Image Measurements since it is not yet supported and would result in an error.
Fixed bugs related to resizing companion and memory images when they do not match the currently measurement image. Specifically, when measuring companion dependent, image, feature and custom measurements.
Improved warnings when companion image is missing vs when it’s blank during measurement processing.

Deep Learning Extension

Fixed bug when applying a DL model on the CPU to a reference image with GPU computation on.
Fixed bug that would cause MIPAR to become unresponsive if applying a DL model on the GPU and the model weights do not fit in the GPU’s currently available memory.

Base Package

Fixed bug in Batch Processor that would double crop reference if the crop didn’t start at [0,0].
Removed empty space above text overlays with background color in Color By Measure.

Deep Learning Extension

Fixed bug which could prevent selection of “Color Image” as the target in Apply Deep Learning step.

Fixed bug with could prevent adding image area measurement to a layer.
Fixed bug which could cause feature spreadsheet outputs to fail during a batch process with GPU computation enabled.
Fixed bug which could prevent feature measurement from being added to a recipe when a grayscale image was set as the Companion Image.
