The Output panel manages which outputs are produced form a batch and where your processed results are saved.

1. Session Name and Save Location

Specify the name for the output session and define where processed results and session files will be saved. Option to make the session portable, allowing it to be easily transferred or shared with all necessary files included.

2. Results

Select which types of output will be generated:

Printed Reports: Generate Word or PDF format reports of results
Image Overlays: Create visual overlays showing detection and measurement results on images
Individual Feature Measurements: Export detailed measurements for each detected feature in every processed image
Individual Local Measurements: Export pixel-level measurements for every pixel in each processed image

3. 3D

Configure three-dimensional reconstruction options for the batch. Create 3D image stacks and volumetric reconstructions from processed images. Note that Slice Thickness (Z calibration) input is required for accurate 3D volumetric reconstructions.
