The Input panel controls what images will be processed, what recipe will be used to process them, and how they will be handled.

1. Recipe
Load processing recipes and calibration settings for batch operation. Supports loading a recipe file and optionally include a calibration file. Click the down arrow to expand and view detailed recipe parameters and settings.
2. Images
Configure image sources using one of two available modes:
Batch Mode: Manually add images to the processing queue. Images can be added and reordered as needed before processing begins. There is also the option to combine channels from multiple grayscale images into single multi-channel images before applying the recipe.
Real-Time Mode: Monitor a specified folder for new images. The Batch Processor will automatically detect and process images as they are added to the watched folder, enabling continuous real-time processing.

3. Advanced Settings
Settings for specialized processing:
Tilt Control: Applies vertical scaling to correct orthonormal image distortion commonly caused by FIB/SEM imaging systems.
AOI Tracking: Define an Area of Interest (AOI) between two images. The Batch Processor will automatically crop subsequent input images to track and maintain focus on this defined region.
Alignment: Automatically aligns each image to the next in the sequence during batch processing, while tracking the cumulative sum of all alignments throughout the entire batch.
