The Content Governance BI setup has 3 Views

Name Description
  • cg_Job
 Items from the SharePoint List Job (Report and Import items are not included)
  • cg_RunHistory
 Items from the SharePoint List RunHistory
  • cg_File
 All records about all file actions from the database table smart_bi_fileFile actions:
  • Discovery
  • Migration/Test Migration
  • Offload
  • Restore

Power BI Desktop Reports

  • Jobs Monitor all current jobs
  • Files” Analyze all files processed in all types of jobs.

Both reports are provided as Power BI templates. Feel free to modify as required to make your own BI.
When we upgrade SMART Migration only the template is updated. Your own reports are preserved.
