Overview

If you tried to get SSL enabled on the Brain and the HTTPS port is not loading correctly it could be one of a couple different issues

Connection not Private – Warning page

If you get a warning that your connection is not private then you do not have a trust or CA certificate installed on the device trying to access the webpage. If you are programming on a laptop, or desktop computer, you will want to install the CA certificate on to this machine in order to properly open the HTTPS site for the Kramer Brain

White Screen – No Content

If you see a white screen that fails to load any content then there is an issue with the uploaded SSL certificate. A couple notes on the approved SSL certificates

• These certificates cannot be encrypted
• The file extension has to be .pem
