Overview
In order to use a PWA with Kramer Control you will need to enable SSL connections to the SL hardware. In order to enable SSL on the SL hardware you will need the following .pem files:
- Server certificate.pem file
- An unencrypted serverkey.pem file
- Currently, we only support unencrypted server keys and we look to add this function in later releases
- A root ca certificate
- The root ca certificate will be used on the client device used for the Kramer Control application
Installing the Certificate Files
- Launch the Brain UI webpage
- Scroll to bottom where new option appears for SSL
- Expand this selection
Choose the Certificate option
- Here you can drag and drop the file from your machine to load the certificate or you can click on the lick grey box to open the file explorer of your machine
Next choose the Key option
- Here you can drag and drop the file from your machine to load the certificate or you can click on the lick grey box to open the file explorer of your machine
Once you have uploaded both the certificate and the key, select the On/Off option – then On to enable SSL
