If a Team Member initiates an SOS from a device, JESI will send a critical event notification to the escalation pathway for that Team. The SOS message will still be responded to by the relevant emergency response centre.

This real-time alert ensures relevant business leaders are aware of what is happening with their staff at all times.

Notifications

Escalation contacts of the Team Member will receive an email and SMS notification that a Critical Event has been raised.

The JESI Activity map will display the critical event location. Audit logs contain the time and date stamps of notifications.
