Each User in the JESI Company Account is required to be a member of at least one Team. The Teams consist of Users and Escalation Contacts. The Escalation Contacts that have been identified for each Team receive Escalation Notifications if a User fails to Check-In.

Within ‘Teams’, found in the left hand side menu, you can add / remove Users, add / remove Escalation Contacts, assign / remove Risk Assessments, modify time frames for Escalation Notifications.
