All Teams in JESI have a unique Escalation pathway which notifies key contacts in the event a missed check-in has occurred. Escalation time frames and levels are customisable to meet organisational requirements.

To view an Escalation Contacts and Team escalation pathway please see below.

1. Click on ‘Users’ found in the left-hand side menu and search User.

On the right-hand side, a green tick identifies the User as an Escalation Contact. Click on the green tick and this will list the Teams where the User is an Escalation Contact.

2. Click on the dropdown list and the Team is hyperlinked.

Alternatively, Team Escalation Contacts can be viewed from the Teams page.

1. Select the Team from the Teams page, click on the Team, this will show the Team details.

Areas that are editable are:

  • Escalation pathway
  • Escalation timeframe
  • Team members
