The automated communication in JESI is by SMS or WhatsApp, email notifications are also sent. All JESI Users are required to have a unique mobile number and email address.

The email address is the User’s unique login to the JESI Account.

A User’s mobile number is critical to ensure the communication is being sent to/received by the correct User.

Another User in the same JESI account cannot share/use the same email address or mobile number.
