An Activity can be uploaded from a travel itinerary on behalf of a User.

Attach the itinerary to a new email (ensure there is only one itinerary per email), leave the subject line blank and email to the user and Cc An email notification will be sent if the Activity has been created or rejected.

The example below is showing Tommie uploading the travel itinerary for John Smith


Only one itinerary can be uploaded per User per email.
If the Activity fails to upload – ensure the User has no other active Activities in JESI and that they are assigned to a Default team.
The itinerary MUST be future dated and cannot be retrospectively added to JESI.
