1. Click on ‘New Managed Activity’ found in the left hand side menu.**
2. In the area for User’s Name type the first few letters and choose the User from the dropdown list of names available.

3. Check that the ‘Team’ is accurate.
4. Enter the ‘Start Location’.
5. Enter the ‘End Location’

6. Select route. On mobile devices slide the screen down to show the routes available. Press next to name shown and slide downwards.

7. Choose route by pressing on one of the routes available. This will remove other routes available, leaving the chosen route with 200km distance markers on the route.

8. If there are Check-Ins along the way add these now manually or zoom in on the route, press on the location and insert a Check-In.

9. Modify time of arrival and date if necessary.

10. Click on ‘Save Activity’

**NOTE: The above has been completed on mobile device the same function can be completed on Desktop Computer.
