The Trip Risk Assessment (TRA) is assigned at the Team level, and if a User is assigned to that Team, the TRA is a mandatory requirement to complete before their Activity commences. Failing to complete the TRA will result in the Activity being cancelled at the departure time. The User and the Escalation Contact will receive an SMS and email notification advising that the Activity has been cancelled.

The User will receive a 24hour and 1hour reminder by SMS and email prior to the Activity commencing.
