Once a Team is created, only an Administrator or a Manager can amend the following actions:
- Add or remove members of the team
- Add or remove Escalation Contacts
- Modify Escalation times
- Add or delete Escalation Levels
- Activate or Deactivate your Company Risk Assessments (If a Risk Assessment is not enabled please contact a JESI Customer Solutions Representative)
- Modify Team name
- Modify Reporting division
Click on ‘Teams’ found in the left-hand side menu and select the Team that requires editing by clicking on the drop-down arrows from the right-hand side, or clicking on the Team name.
Click EDIT TEAM.
