Once a Team is created, only an Administrator or a Manager can amend the following actions:

  1. Add or remove members of the team
  2. Add or remove Escalation Contacts
  3. Modify Escalation times
  4. Add or delete Escalation Levels
  5. Activate or Deactivate your Company Risk Assessments (If a Risk Assessment is not enabled please contact a JESI Customer Solutions Representative)

Click on ‘Teams’ found in the left hand side menu and select the Team that requires editing by clicking on the drop down arrows from the right hand side, or click on the Team name.

Click EDIT TEAM.
