To start using WhatsApp on a Existing JESI user profile, please follow the guide below:

Requirements:

  • JESI Client Company Account will need to have the this feature activated
    - Email support@jesi.io to have this feature enabled for your JESI Company Account

Instructions

  1. Start a chat with JESI WhatsApp here: https://jesi.io/whatsapp-login/
  1. Send your surname to the JESI WhatsApp chat

You will receive a confirmation that your mobile number has been confirmed. After this confirmation, all future notifications will come from WhatsApp

You will now receive all future communications from JESI in WhatsApp, if you have any questions regarding WhatsApp and how to set it up, please email support@jesi.io.

Note: To revert back to SMS notifications / reminders this will need to be actioned by the JESI Support Team: email support@jesi.io or call 1800 491 746.
