In the experiment page, there are two download buttons in a PTM-Gene download column – search results and quant results buttons. The quantitative result button may not appear if the quantitative analysis is not done yet.

When you click the button, if there are phospho data, it will either download ptm_gene_list.txt file or open it in a web browser, depending on your web browser settings. (If it opens, you can also save it to a file from a browser save as menu).
