7.7 Correct mass in spectra

As shown in the image, click on the Correct Mass.

Next, add the proper ppm shift value as shown in the image and click submit.

This mass corrector will shift precursor masses in MS2 and peaks in MS1 spectra.

• e.g. -3 shifts peaks by -3 ppm
• e.g. 10 increases masses by 10 ppm
• It is recommended to check the Delta Mass Plotter after the search to observe delta mass distribution.

After submitting you will get your result. To see the result click on “Click for Correct Mass History” as shown.
