On the Project View page, there is a link for “Search Protein” at the top of the page, underneath the “More” dropdown button.
Click it to view the protein search result list.

Users can also view the details for a previously searched protein by clicking the “key” link.
Click the link “Run New Protein Search” to search for a new protein.

For a new protein search, the user needs to provide the keyword for that protein and select either “Identification” or “Quantitation” results.
If you select “Identification”, the search will perform only protein identification results.
If you select the “Quantitation”, the search will perform only on quantitative results.

After the search is complete, there will be a new search entry to navigate search results.
The searched information is saved on the server.

To display all matching proteins in the table, click on the keyword.
