7.3 Protein Identification Results

This section describes how to understand the search results
In the experiment page, click “Whole view” to display protein database search results in one page.
Or, click the “page view” to display protein database search results in split pages. By default, it displays 200 proteins in one page. In page view, user can click next page to display more proteins

Tip. User can change the maximum number of proteins to display by changing protein number parameter, protein number in web URL.

In the protein identification page, click view to find more information for individual protein.

Click “spectrum view” link to display fragment ion annotation view.

Back on search results, click on the peptide radio button to see peptide view.
