Log in to your IP2 server by ssh. You can use PuTTY or any other ssh client for server access. The IP2 system requires apache, tomcat, and mysql servers. As root user, start the apache server by running the commands, e.g. “/etc/init.d/httpd start” or “/etc/init.d/httpd restart” To start the MySQL server, run the commands as root user, e.g. “/etc/init.d/mysqld start” or “/etc/init.d/mysqld restart”

As IP2 user, start tomcat server by running commands: “catalina.sh start” or “killtomcat”
