There are two sections for sales under the Accounting tab, one for FBA sales and one for Merchant Fulfilled Sales. These sections give the following information about each transaction:

There are a few important notes about this page:

1. This page updates every 1-4 hours and reflects the items that have been SHIPPED. Until an item ships it is in Pending in Amazon and is therefore not considered a sale until the money actually “changes hands” so to speak.

2. The date listed on the Sales page is the date the item was shipped. Amazon will show the order date on an item but in IL it may show a date days later. This is important to remember so that when you are comparing the IL Dashboard to the Amazon sales reports, the numbers may not exactly match in those snapshots. Amazon is calculating everything ordered while IL is focused on accounting and therefore is counting the orders that have shipped.

3. The profit status of a sale remains in “Estimated” status until the payout for that sale has been processed. For example, if an item ships on October 30th and you receive your next payout on November 7th, the status will not change to “Reconciled” until that November 7th payout has processed. Some fees may not reflect until the order is in _Reconciled _status. If you notice there are fees that do not reflect for Reconciled orders from past settlements, follow the steps in our Missing Fees guide.

If you are looking for information on a particular order you can search sales by Order ID, MSKU, ASIN, or Title. The advanced search functions allow you to filter the information as shown in the screenshot below.
