You may need to restore a batch when:
1) Product feeds need to be resent
2) A private batch was prematurely closed before send feeds/create shipment
3) Support directs you to do so
To restore a batch, click on the batch name in closed batches and hit “restore”. You can restore and resend the feeds on a live batch or a private batch. It will restore as private so that the feeds can be sent without creating shipments.
A pop up window will ask if you want to Restore or Create a New Batch.
Select Just Restore and your new batch will appear on the List>Open Batches page with just the items you selected in it.
