The BPMN Import feature allows you to bring processes from external BPMN-compliant platforms into EPC.
How to Import a BPMN File
- In the main navigation toolbar, click the three-dot menu and select Import.

- Select BPMN (.bpmn) and click Browse to select the file.

- The selected file will appear in the import window.

- Select a destination for the imported process:
- Type the destination process or set name, or
- Use the Tree Selector to navigate the hierarchy.
- If the import file contains published objects, you will be asked whether to overwrite duplicates:
- Overwrite: Combines duplicate objects into your environment.
- Do not overwrite: Duplicate objects in your current EPC environment will not be imported.

- You will also be asked whether to publish the imported objects upon import.

- Click Finish to start the import process.

- Once the import is complete, a confirmation notification will appear.

- Imported processes will appear in the Process Module, under a new Process Set named “Imported Process Set”.
