Keep your approvals fully documented with PDFs for every approved object, whether a signature is required or not. This enhancement ensures your files are complete, consistent, and audit-ready, eliminating gaps in record-keeping.
All approved objects can now automatically generate PDFs according to the new system setting, so documents approved without a signature are included alongside signature-required approvals.
Control How PDFs Are Generated
Admins can manage PDF generation across all approved objects:
- Default Behavior (Off): PDFs are generated only for signature-required approvals, maintaining existing workflows.
- Enabled: PDFs are generated for all approved objects, including those without signature requirements.
Getting Started is Easy
- Go to advanced system settings and locate
GENERATE_PDF_FOR_ALL_APPROVALS - Edit the field to
true - PDFs will now be automatically generated for every approval, capturing all relevant content and workflow details.
