Option to Restrict Access to Legacy Versions for End-Users

To keep your content safe and your teams focused, users with Read Published permissions will now see only the most recent published version of any object. The Version History accordion will be hidden for them, keeping attention on the latest, validated information.

If you have Read Latest permission but are viewing in Published mode, you’ll still have full access to the Version History accordion.

This feature is on by default. If your organization prefers to display the full version history for all users, System Admins can set the LEGACY_RESTRICT advanced setting to false.
