Users can now retrieve approval documents across a folder, set, or parent object—including subfolders—in a single action. This eliminates repetitive manual downloads and ensures no approved object is missing from the download.
How It Works
Right-click a folder, set, or parent object in the hierarchy tree and select Download Approval Documents. The system retrieves all relevant documents, including those in subfolders, and delivers them as a ZIP file that preserves the folder hierarchy and EPC naming conventions for easy organization.
