The Auto Tagging feature allows the Parser to automatically identify and tag relevant data within documents. By default, the Parser can detect generic Responsibilities, Roles, and Assets even if no custom configuration is provided.

Custom Auto Tags
Custom Auto Tags let you define your own tags so the Parser can automatically identify terms and categories specific to your organization.
How to set up Custom Auto Tags
- Click the kebab menu at the top-right corner.
- Open Settings

- Go to AutoTag Settings.
- Make sure the Upload & Use Custom Tags option is checked.
- This tells the Parser to use your uploaded Excel file for Auto Tagging.
- Select Download.
- Open the downloaded Excel file.
- Enter your custom tags under the correct column for each object type (e.g., Responsibilities, Roles, Assets).

- Save the file after editing.
- Back in Parser Auto Tag Settings, click Replace.
- Select your updated Excel file.

- The Parser will now use this file for Auto Tagging.
- You can download the uploaded Custom Tags file anytime to add or modify tags.
Teach Model
The Teach Model button is an alternative way to create Custom Auto Tags directly from manual tagging in a document, without manually editing the Excel template.
How to use Teach Model
- Manually tag text in the document (for example as Rule or Rule Folder).
- Click the Teach Model button.
When Teach Model is used:
- Manual tags are saved into the Custom Tags Excel file.
- Any previously uploaded Custom Tags file is replaced.
- The Parser automatically re-applies Auto Tags using the new values.
