Adding your e-signature ensures that all your approvals and digital authorizations within the EPC WebApp are legally recognized and secure. Follow these simple steps to add or update your signature quickly and easily.

How to Add Your Signature

  1. Head to Your Profile
    Click My Profile in the main navigation bar kebab menu (top-right corner). This is your personal hub for settings and account information.

  1. Find the Signature Section
    Scroll down to the Add/Edit Signature section. Click the button.

  1. Upload Your Signature
    You have two easy options:
    • Option A: Choose a File
      • Click Choose.
      • Browse your computer to locate your signature image file.
      • Select the file and click Open.
    • Option B: Drag & Drop
      • Open the folder containing your signature image.
      • Drag the file into the designated upload box in the window.
  1. Preview and Check
    Once uploaded, your signature will appear in the pop-up window. Take a moment to make sure it looks just right. You can:
    • Resize: Drag the circle handle along the bottom line to make your signature larger or smaller.
    • Recenter: Click and drag the signature itself to position it perfectly in the box.
    • Upload a different image: Click the Replace icon to select a new file.
    • Cancel the upload: Click the Delete icon to remove the signature entirely.

  1. Save Your Signature
    Click Save Changes to save the new signature. Your e-signature is ready for use in all necessary approvals.
