EPC Mobile allows you to work online or offline, ensuring you can access documentation and complete tasks even when network connectivity is unavailable. To access items offline, you must first save them while online. Once saved, items are available in offline mode.

Saving Content for Offline Access
- Open the item (e.g., document, risk, control) you want to save in Details View (or Diagram View for process items)
- Tap the offline download button.
- The item will now be available in offline mode. When an item is downloaded, the offline icon is displayed in color.
- To remove an item from offline storage, simply tap the same button again.
Switching Between Online and Offline Mode
- Tap the vertical ellipsis menu and select My Profile (or tap your user at the top of the Module Explorer).
- Select Go Offline.
- The app interface switches to a simplified offline UI, displaying all items that you have saved for offline access.
- To return to online mode, tap the user icon in the main navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of your offline profile.
- Tap Go Online.
Working with Content in Offline Mode
When you switch to offline mode, EPC Mobile provides a simplified experience that allows you to access, browse, and search the items you have saved for offline use.
Offline Home Page
The offline Home Page lists your saved items grouped by type. Tap an item to open it and view its Details or Diagram View (for process items).
Navigating Saved Content
You can navigate saved items in offline mode using the Module Explorer, similar to online navigation. For more details on navigating in EPC Mobile, click here.
Searching in Offline Mode
You can use the Search feature to find items while offline.
- Tap on the magnifying glass icon.
- Type your query. Search results are limited to downloaded items.
- Tap a search result to open the item directly.
