18.2 Navigating EPC Mobile

EPC Mobile is designed to feel familiar to users who already work with EPC on a computer. The overall structure, modules, and views are consistent, allowing you to navigate content quickly and intuitively on a mobile device.

Opening the Module Explorer

1. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top corner of the screen.

2. The Module Explorer opens.
3. Tap a module to access its content.

Navigating Within a Module

1. When you access a module in EPC Mobile, you will first see the hierarchy tree.
2. Tap the + icon next to a set or folder to expand it.
3. Tap the – icon to collapse it.

4. When you tap an object in the tree, EPC Mobile opens the List View.

5. Once in the List View, navigation works the same way as in EPC on a computer:
   • The List View displays all objects within the selected folder or set.
   • Tapping a set or folder displays its child objects in the List View.
   • Tapping an item (for example, a document, risk, or control) opens its Details View, or the Diagram View for process items.
   • You can manually switch between Diagram View and Details View.

Available Actions in EPC Mobile

While EPC Mobile supports many core actions, not all desktop actions are available on mobile devices.

Actions You Can Perform in EPC Mobile:

• Add objects to Favorites
• Create a Collaboration Topic
• Generate an Object Book
• Publish content
• Send for Approval or Endorsement
• Share a link
• Perform assigned tasks (approvals, endorsements, confirmations, etc.)
• Manage your Profile (language, theme, task delegation, etc.)
• Search and use the AI Chat Assistant
  

*Creating and editing content, as well as administrative actions, are only available when using EPC on a computer.
