18.1 Getting Started in EPC Mobile: Download & Log In

This section guides you through installing EPC Mobile and signing in so you can start working right away.

Downloading EPC Mobile

EPC Mobile is available for both iOS and Android devices and is optimized for mobile phones and tablets.

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

1. Open the App Store
2. Search for “Interfacing EPC Mobile”
3. Tap Get.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Search for “Interfacing EPC Mobile”
3. Tap Install.

Updating the App

• Updates are delivered automatically if auto-update is enabled on your device.
• You can manually update by visiting your device’s app store → Interfacing EPC Mobile → Update

Logging In to EPC Mobile

After installing the app, you can log in using your organization credentials.

1. Open EPC Mobile.
2. Enter your organization’s server URL.
   • For example, your-server-name.interfacing.com

3. Tap the arrow button.
4. Authenticate with your IDP (for example, MS)

5. Enter your credentials and tap Login.

6. You will land on the Home Page.

Logging Out

1. Tap the vertical ellipsis icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Logout.
