PDF Approval Documents & Word Content

• Fixed an issue where the content of a Word document was not included in the generated approval document when the GENERATE_PDF_FOR_ALL_APPROVALS advanced system setting was enabled and the document was approved without a signature.
• Fixed an issue where referenced Word content could be missing from the file attached to a PDF approval document when header and footer injection was enabled using the DOCUMENT_INJECT_HEADERS_FOOTERS advanced system setting.
• Fixed an issue where previewing a PDF approval document could throw an error for authorized users.

Header & Footer Templates

• Fixed an issue where changes made to a header or footer template were not visible in EPC until the template was published.
• Fixed issues where track changes on header or footer templates were not handled correctly:
  • Edits made to a header or footer template could remain visible after approving or publishing the template.
  • Track changes could appear in previewed or downloaded Word documents even when they should not be visible.

Word Document References

• Fixed an issue where removing a reference tag (@@merge:UID) from a Word document using Edit with Microsoft 365 did not remove the referenced content, leaving the original content visible.
