Organizations can now define exactly where approvers’ e-signatures appear in approval documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards and formatting preferences. Signature placement can vary from one template to another, allowing organizations to customize the placement for different object types. This feature enhances document structure and readability, delivering a polished, professional result with greater customization options.
Key Benefits
- Tailored Document Formatting: Place signatures where they fit best in your documents, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Enhanced Readability & Organization: Strategically position and arrange signatures to improve clarity and streamline navigation.
- Greater Flexibility: Control the number of signatures per row for a well-structured and visually optimized layout.
How It Works
To insert a signature in your approval documents, use one of the following tag formats:
@@signature:approver– Inserts one signature per row.
➤ To ensure proper functionality, this tag must be enclosed within a box. You can position this box anywhere in your template.
➤ To customize the signature size, adjust the dimensions of the box.
➤ If multiple signatures are required, they will appear side by side (to the right), maintaining the same size, as shown below.
@@signature[n=X]:approver– Inserts multiple signatures per row.
➤ This tag can be added directly to the template without the need for a box.
➤ Thenvalue determines the number of signatures per row. ReplaceXwith the desired number (e.g.,n=2places two signatures per row).
