Mass Send for Approval & Endorsement

Efficiently manage your approval and endorsement processes with our new mass action feature. This enhancement allows you to quickly handle multiple items at once, making it easier than ever to trigger approval and endorsement cycles.

How It Works

In the List view, select the desired objects using the checkboxes. Open the mass actions menu (ellipsis), hover over the Approval or Endorsement options, and select either the Send for Approval or Send for Endorsement button. Add the desired cycle information in the pop-up window.

!Mass sending for approval does not support signature-required documents. If any selected object requires a signature, the system will display a warning indicating that it cannot be sent for approval in bulk. These objects must be sent for approval individually.
