Simplified Responsibility Assignments: Assets Auto-Assigned as “SU”

With our latest update, we’re simplifying how responsibilities are assigned to assets within your workflows. Now, when new assets are added to an object, the system automatically assigns a default RASCI-VS value of SU (Support), the most common responsibility for assets. This automation eliminates the need for manual adjustments, saving you valuable time and effort, especially in large or complex process flows.

By reducing the manual effort required to adjust RASCI-VS values, this update ensures your teams stay focused on what matters most, delivering results faster and more efficiently.

Additional Information

• Users can still manually adjust the responsibility for any asset or role, providing complete flexibility.
• Roles and resources will maintain their default R (Responsible) value when added to an object, so no changes are necessary for your existing role structures.
• This update applies only to newly added assets; existing responsibilities in ongoing processes remain unchanged.
