The My Profile section allows you to view, personalize, and manage settings related to your user account.
Accessing My Profile
Follow these steps to navigate to the My Profile page:
- Click on the ellipsis menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the notification button.
- Select “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.
You will be redirected to your profile page.
My Profile Sections
The My Profile page consists of seven key sections. Click on each for more information:
- General
- View basic profile details such as your username, email, and profile picture.
- Preferences
- View and change your EPC environment, and toggle between Show Latest or Published Only modes.
- Language
- Change your preferred language for the interface and content.
- Theme Settings & Font Color
- Customize the appearance of the interface.
- Add/Edit Signature
- Upload and manage your digital signature for approvals or documentation.
- Authorizations
- Review your access permissions within the system.
- Delegate Assignment
- Assign your pending approval and endorsement tasks to a designated colleague when you are out of office.
