The My Profile section allows you to view, personalize, and manage settings related to your user account.

Accessing My Profile

Follow these steps to navigate to the My Profile page:

  1. Click on the ellipsis menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the notification button.
  2. Select “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.

You will be redirected to your profile page.

My Profile Sections

The My Profile page consists of seven key sections. Click on each for more information:

  1. General
    • View basic profile details such as your username, email, and profile picture.
  2. Preferences
    • View and change your EPC environment, and toggle between Show Latest or Published Only modes.
  3. Language
    • Change your preferred language for the interface and content.
  4. Theme Settings & Font Color
    • Customize the appearance of the interface.
  5. Add/Edit Signature
    • Upload and manage your digital signature for approvals or documentation.
  6. Authorizations
    • Review your access permissions within the system.
  7. Delegate Assignment
    • Assign your pending approval and endorsement tasks to a designated colleague when you are out of office.
