The Versioning section provides users with additional key information about objects. It is divided into two accordions:
- Current Version
- Displays the version being viewed and the date of the latest modification.
- Displays information about the latest published version’s completed approval and endorsement cycles.
- Version History
- Provides detailed information on previous versions of an object, tracking all modifications, approvals, and publications.
- The grid includes the following columns:
- Version Number: Displays the current and previous version numbers of the object. Clickable links to previous versions allow users to browse and revert as needed.
- Status: Shows the current state of each version (e.g., In Progress, Published, Approved).
- Cycles History: Displays the approval and endorsement cycle history for the corresponding version.
- Author: Indicates the user who created or modified the version.
- Date: Shows when the version was created or last modified.
- Published Comment: Captures the comment added during the publication process.
- Approval Request Comment: Captures comments made when the object was sent for approval.
- Version Number: Displays the current and previous version numbers of the object. Clickable links to previous versions allow users to browse and revert as needed.
