The 15.2.11 Service Pack delivers key improvements and bug fixes that enhance platform performance, security, and overall user experience.

Improved Transition Validation and Highlighting

Transitions in process maps that are misaligned or disconnected now show a visual highlight on both the transition and the related flow object. This makes it faster and easier for process modelers to identify gaps and correct them.

Warnings are shown only for gaps larger than 10 pixels, and users can save their work even when gaps exist, reducing manual review and improving workflow efficiency.

JIRA Integration Now Supports Configurable Issue Types

The JIRA-EPC integration is now more flexible and supports custom JIRA issue type names. Previously, synchronization only worked when EPC processes mapped to Epics and flow objects mapped to Stories.

With this update, admins can configure the issue types to match their JIRA setup. For example, an EPC process can be synchronized as a Requirement instead of an Epic, and flow objects can be mapped as Tasks instead of Stories.

Configuration properties (with initial defaults):

  • jira.issueType.epic.name=Epic
  • jira.issueType.story.name=Story

Edit Button Disabled When Viewing Older Versions

Fixed an issue where the Edit button was incorrectly available when switching to the Diagram view while viewing a previous version of a process.

Write Users Can Move Objects Across All Views

Fixed an issue where users with Write permissions were unable to move objects from the Details view or the hierarchy tree dropdown.
