The audit schedule tab further specifies on the audit plan, identifies the individual audits that are scheduled and those that have been completed, and keeps record of the:

Scheduled audit’s:

  • Audit #
  • Identifier
  • Audit name
  • Scheduled Date
  • Deadline Date
  • Actual Audit Date
  • Status
  • Comments

Audit result’s:

  • Sample #
  • Identifier
  • Sample ID
  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Result
  • Comments

As well as the roles and resources that have completed, reviewed, or approved an audit result.

To add an audit schedule

  1. In the audit schedules section of the audit schedule tab, click the Add button.
  2. Add the appropriate information for the audit schedule and click OK.

3. The audit schedule is displayed in the audit schedule tab of the control.

To modify an audit schedule

  1. Select an audit schedule from the audit schedules section.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Modify the appropriate fields and click Save.

To remove an audit schedule

  1. Select an audit schedule from the audit schedules section.
  2. Click the Remove button.
  3. Click Ok in the confirmation window.
  4. The audit schedule is no longer displayed in the audit schedule tab of the control.
     

To add an audit result

Once an audit schedule has been created, an audit result can be added.

  1. Select an audit schedule from the audit schedules section.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. In the audit results section, click Add.
  4. Add the appropriate information for the audit result and click Ok.
  5. Assign resources in the completed by, reviewed by, and approved by sections.
  6. Click Save.
     

To modify an audit result
  1. Select the relevant audit schedule from the audit schedules section.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. In the audit results section, select the relevant audit result and click Edit.
  4. Modify the appropriate information for the audit result and click Save.
  5. Click Save.

 
To remove an audit result

  1. Select the relevant audit schedule from the audit schedules section.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. In the audit results section, select the relevant audit result and click Remove.
  4. Click Ok in the confirmation window.
  5. Click Save.
