Process Map Editing: Swimlane Resizing

• Fixed an issue where, when the swimlane resizing option (located in advanced settings, under the name ENABLE_SWIMANE_RESIZE) was disabled, moving a flow object would occasionally result in the expansion of the lane and the addition of an extra grid.

• Fixed an issue where Modelers were unable to add lanes when the resizing option was disabled.

• Fixed an issue where, when the resizing option was disabled, adding a lengthy responsible name to a lane while mapping on the canvas grid would inadvertently trigger the addition of an extra grid to accommodate the extended name.

!Please note that disabling the swimlane resizing option will restrict organizations from adding new phases to graphs. Existing phases, however, will remain visible on the List page if they were linked to processes before the swimlane resize option was deactivated.

Mass-Editing Responsibilities in the List Page: Impacts on Map

• Fixed an issue where, under specific circumstances, making mass edits to flow object responsibilities on the List page would incorrectly impact the process map layout within the graph editor.

Localized Process Shortcut Relocation

• Fixed an issue where process shortcuts in localized processes were automatically moved outside of lanes when editing the RASCI-VS values of the shortcut’s source process twice.

Lane Header Formatting

• Fixed an issue where adding a single new responsibility to all flow objects in a map incorrectly formatted the responsible names in the lane headers.
